Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth (CVV), also known as Chinmaya University, holds the distinction of being the first private deemed university in the ‘de novo’ category in Kerala, as recognized by the University Grants Commission. Founded in 2016, coinciding with the centenary year of Swami Chinmayananda, the university is headquartered at Veliyanad, near Piravom, situated in the Ernakulam District of Kerala.
