College of Engineering Pune (COEP) Technological University, a unitary public university of the Government of Maharashtra, is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Established in 1854, it holds the distinction of being the third oldest engineering institute in India, following College of Engineering, Guindy (1794) and IIT Roorkee (1847). The students and alumni are affectionately known as COEPians. In a significant development, the Government of Maharashtra issued a notification on June 23, 2022, regarding the conversion of the college into an independent technological university. Subsequently, on March 24, 2022, both houses of the state government passed the COEP Technological University bill, conferring unitary state university status upon the institute.
Transcripts from COEP contain the marks of each subject from the first to last semester. This is then placed in an envelope which is sealed and stamped/signed across the back-flap.
