Loyola College, established in 1925 by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), is a Catholic Minority Institution with a mission to offer University Education in a Christian environment to deserving students, regardless of caste or creed.
Commencing its operations in July 1925 with an initial enrollment of 75 students in courses such as Mathematics, History, and Economics, Loyola College, affiliated with the University of Madras, attained autonomy in July 1978.
Transcripts from Loyla College contain the marks of each subject from the first to last semester. This is then placed in an envelope which is sealed and stamped/signed across the back-flap.
