Thank you for using our service to deliver your transcripts to your destination University/Evaluation Agency.
Refunds are available under certain cases where Truecopy has not been able to fulfil student request, subject to the following conditions:
1) No refund is available for costs already incurred by Truecopy such as appliation fees paid to issuing institutions
2) A deduction of Rs.100 as processing fees applies for every cancellation order by default.
3)The refund will be initiated usually within 10 working days against valid refund requests.
4) The refund will be processed and credited to the payment source used to place the order.
5) No refund will be processed for orders where the service is partially delivered.
6) The refund amount in no case exceeds the amount paid to Truecopy.
